Duration of tour time from Hotel pick up to drop off is 7 - 7.5 Hours. If you have more than 6+ guests in your party ADD in special requirements your Hotel or Airbnb for pickup location.

• There is no food on site - You are welcome to bring snacks, beverages or even lunch to enjoy under our patio.
• Up to 12% of the fees will be added when checking out for credit card, tax, booking and area fees.

 TOUR POLICY & FAQ

All guests must review and accept these policies before booking.

Before Your Tour

• All reservations must be confirmed within 24 hours of your tour (or up to 2 hours before for same day) by replying to our text or email with the meeting location, time, and lunch details. If you do not confirm, your tour may be canceled with no refund.
• Every participant must complete a Participant Agreement/Acknowledgement of Risk Waiver Form before the tour.
• A credit card is required on file before the tour. The cardholder is responsible for all incidentals for the group unless each participant provides their own card. Cardholder must be on tour and show ID and the card used to book the tour.
• Your guide will wait 10 minutes at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will miss the tour and receive no refund.

Damage & Safety Rules

• RZR damage: minimum $600 for tire/rim; minimum $3,500 if rolled or tipped, plus any additional damage. The card on file will be charged for the day of the tour.
• Average trail speed is about 15–25 mph; your guide sets the pace for safety.
• You must follow all safety instructions. Any unsafe behavior or policy violation can result in immediate removal from the tour with no refunds.

What do I need to Bring & Wear?

• Shoes: Mandatory-Closed-toe shoes (sneakers or boots). No Crocs, Yeezy style slides, high heels, slip-ons, flipflops, sandals, or open toe shoes. If you arrive without proper shoes, you cannot ride and there is no refund.
• Clothing: Long sleeves and pants strongly recommended. No shorts due to desert terrain, cacti, rocks, brush, and wildlife. Dress for weather and desert conditions.
• Spring/Summer months: You can bring water shoes and change of clothes if you get wet. 
• Protective gear: Helmet and seatbelt in Razors are always required. Helmet sizes run from youth to 5X. If you cannot properly fasten a seatbelt or helmet, you cannot participate and no refund will be issued. Hair must be flat enough to fit a helmet. We provide all the safety gear.
• Water is provided during the tour—we want you to stay hydrated.
• Snacks can be purchased ahead of time or you’re welcome to bring your own

Eligibility & Age Requirements:

• No experience necessary. All tours are guided. Max speed 25 mph.
• Weight limits: minimum 42 lbs., maximum 350 lbs.
• Must be 21+ to drive a 2-Seater RZR
• ATV operators must be 15+ with a parent/guardian on the entire tour.
• Minimum age to ride in a RZR is 5 years old and at least 42 lbs.
• Anyone under 18 must have a parent/guardian present for the entire tour.
• For safety reasons, pregnant guests may not ride ATVs or drive RZRs due to the rough terrain and risk to mother and unborn child.

Alcohol, Drugs & Conduct

• No alcohol consumption or intoxication before or during the tour.
• No smoking marijuana or using illegal drugs before or during the tour—this is strictly prohibited.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations less than 72 hours before your scheduled tour, same-day cancellations, or no-shows receive no refund. To cancel, you must call 702-257-8509.
