TOUR POLICY

ALL Reservations must be confirmed and acknowledge 24 hours before your schedule tour by either phone, text, or email to confirm you have received the location where to meet your guide, the time, and if you are ordering lunch. The office will send text and email with this information.  You must respond that you have received it!

• All participants must complete a Participant Agreement/Acknowledgement of Risk Form prior to tour.
• A credit card must be called into Awesome Adventures prior to the schedule tour, 1-877-476-0823. The credit card holder is responsible for all incidentals on tour and all participants. If the credit card holder does not want to be charged for other participants’ incidental damages to the equipment, then each participant needs a credit card called in prior to the tour.  Credit Card holder must be on tour and show tour guide ID and Credit Card used to book the tour to ensure it is their card.
• Tour guide will wait only 10 minutes at the scheduled tour time, if you are not on time, the guide will leave to go on with the tour and there is no refund. 
• Damage to any RZR is a minimum charge of $600.00 for tire/rim and $3,500.00 if rolled on the side or tipped over, plus any additional damages.  Credit Card will be charged that is on file the day of tour for damages.
• Due to the terrain, the average speed is roughly 15 to 25 mph. Your guide is in charge to keep everyone safe, and it is at their discretion the speed is set at.  
• No experience necessary, We Got Your Back!
• Weight limit – Minimum is 42 lbs., max is 350 lbs. 
• It is mandatory to wear protective gear, including a helmet and seatbelt, to participate in our guided tours. We have helmets sizes from youth up to 5X, participants who are unable to fasten their seatbelts or fit into the helmets will be not able to go on tour. There will be no refund on tour if you're unable to participate. 
• Hair-Your hair must be flat to be able to fit the helmet on.
• Shoes – You must wear closed-toe shoes!  Sneakers or boots are recommended. No Crocs, Yeezy’s, high heels, slip-on shoes, flip-flops, sandals, or open-toed shoes! You MUST have completely closed-toe shoes to ride or drive for your safety! If you show up without wearing closed-toe shoes, you will not be able to ride and no refund will be issued.
• Clothing-We recommend wearing a Long sleeve shirt & pants and dress appropriately for the weather.  Due to the desert terrain and cacti, we recommend NO shorts. You are in the desert and need to be aware of cacti, rocks, brushes, rattlesnakes. We do our best to keep you safe, but you are in the desert, so please dress accordingly. 
• Water is provided throughout your tour, stay hydrated!
• No Drinking alcohol or being intoxicated before or on tour!  No smoking marijuana, and/or using illegal drugs prior to or during your tour, is strictly prohibited!
• Must be 18 years old to drive a 2-seater RZR
• Under 18 must have a parent/guardian present throughout the entire tour.  Minimum age to ride is 7 years old and min 42 lbs.
• Any violation of this policy will result in immediate tour cancellation without a refund
• You must follow guided tour safety instructions, or you will be asked to end your tour with no refund.
• For safety reasons, we do not allow expectant mothers to ride an ATV or drive a 2-seater Razor due to the terrain, which may include bumps, rocks, fast turns, speed, dips, and ruts. These activities could risk the safety of the mother and unborn child.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations canceled less than 72 hours before scheduled tour or same-day cancellation or NO SHOWS will receive NO REFUND!
• If you need to cancel a Reservation, Please Call us at 702-257-8509 to cancel.  
• If, for some reason, WE (Awesome Adventures) have to cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund. Our tours operate rain or shine, provided the roads are open. Any tour canceled by Awesome Adventures due to unsafe conditions will receive 100% refund.
